Network of amusement parks "Kids Planet"
1. Before visiting the park, the visitor must familiarize himself with the complete list of rules for staying on the territory of the "Kids Planet" amusement park in the Offer Agreement, which is posted on the "Consumer's Corner" board
2. Minors in the park must be accompanied by adults (parents or other authorized persons over 18).
3. Each visitor, parent or adult person accompanying a minor child bears full responsibility for the child during their stay on the territory of the "Kids Planet" park in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
4. Each visitor, parent or person accompanying the child bears full responsibility for ensuring that the child's state of health and physical development correspond to the entertainment offered by the park.
5. If the visitor to the park does not agree with any clause of these rules or the rules from the Offer Agreement, we suggest refusing to stay in the park.
6. The purchase of an entrance ticket is confirmation of familiarization, agreement and acceptance of these rules and conditions of the Offer Agreement.
7. Visitors can enter the park with a change of shoes or socks and no outerwear.
8. It is forbidden to be in the territory of the park with bare feet or in overshoes or in high-heeled shoes.
9. There is a cloakroom area on the territory of the park. The visitor must leave outerwear and shoes in the wardrobe or storage closet. The wardrobe attendant is obliged to issue a number after receiving the clothes from the guest.
10. It is forbidden to leave valuable things in the wardrobe.
11. Clothes and shoes are issued by the cloakroom officer after the visitor returns the number.
12. In case of loss or damage to the shoe or clothing number, the key to the self-service locker, the visitor is obliged to reimburse its value by paying UAH 50 at the reception and receiving a check. Items are issued through the park administration.
13. In case of loss of a silicone bracelet, the visitor is obliged to reimburse its value by paying UAH 100 at the reception.
14. The park is not responsible for damages related to the disappearance, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings, except for clothes left in the wardrobe. At the same time, the park is not responsible for the loss, damage, or disappearance of items left in the pockets of clothes placed in the wardrobe.
15. Visitors can stay in the park only after purchasing a wristband, which gives a one-time right to unlimited stay in the park during the day.
16. The bracelet that the visitor receives must be worn on the hand. A visitor cannot enter the park without a bracelet.
17. After receiving the bracelet, the visitor is financially responsible for it.
18. Entrance to the park is free for the following categories of visitors:
- Birthday children and children up to 1.6 (one and a half) years old (if there are supporting documents);
19. Entry at the full price of the ticket is carried out for the following categories of visitors:
- children aged 1.6 to 18 years;
- adults accompanying the child;
-persons over 18 years old who wish to use the services of the trampoline area.
20. Promotional offers and discounts of the establishment cannot be combined.
21. It is forbidden to use the territory of the park for any commercial activity without obtaining permission for such activity from the administration.
22. It is forbidden to distribute advertising products on the territory of the park without the permission of the administration.
23. It is prohibited:
- bring food, drinks and water into the park territory;
- bring explosive, explosive and fire-hazardous, flammable, narcotic and poisonous substances, ammunition and weapons, including their parts, into the territory of the park. In case of suspicion, the administration has the right to inspect things;
- bring bulky items: suitcases, backpacks;
- to be on the territory of the park with animals;
- to smoke in the premises of the "Kids Planet" park;
- take photos or videos on the territory of the park without the consent of the park administration. The park administration has the right to use photos of guests for advertising purposes;
- to be in attraction areas with drinks and food (in particular, chewing gum), toys and other objects;
- enter the premises of the park and be in it under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- visit attractions for children with manifestations of infectious diseases, children with heart defects, open wounds, diseases of the musculoskeletal system, bone fractures and other contraindications for visiting attractions.
24. An employee of the "Kids Planet" park has the right to ask the visitor to immediately leave the territory of the park if the above prohibited conditions are detected.
25. While visiting the attractions, it is prohibited to: push, run, do somersaults, jump head down, climb over the turnstiles, climb walls, fences and decorations, go down the slide while standing, squatting or upside down, throw cubes from the dry pool, jump into the pool upside down or sideways, jumping into a pool with cubes when another person is there, being in the movement zone of the bungee jump, riding the bungee cord while standing, sitting on the launch pad.
26. The visitor to the "Kids Planet" park must immediately notify the administration or the park patron in the event of an accident, injuries and damages, occurrence of any other dangerous circumstances (flooding, fire, etc.).
27. In case of urgent evacuation, visitors must immediately leave the premises of the "Kids Planet" park through the nearest evacuation exits.
28. Lost items are stored in the "Kids Planet" park for one calendar month. Perishable items are stored for one day. The return of things to the visitor is carried out by the park administration.
29. In case of damage or destruction of property by the visitor, the administration has the right to demand reimbursement of the full value of the damaged property.
30. Every visitor has the right to order a birthday celebration or other event on the territory of the park.
31. For the purpose of high-quality and timely preparation for the holiday, it is necessary to make an advance order (no later than three days before the date of the celebration). After forming a preliminary order, you need to leave a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total amount of the restaurant.
32. The customer is obliged to give a 48-hour notice of rescheduling the order to another date. The customer must inform the park administration about the difference from the previous order no later than 48 hours before the celebration. In this case, the security deposit is returned in full. In case of non-compliance with this condition, the security deposit is not returned.
33. On the territory of the park there is a "Nanny Service", which is ordered and paid for separately for a specified time. When ordering this service, parents do not have to be in the park. The service is provided to children from 3 years old. Parents need to fill out the receipt and indicate all the necessary information.
34. Activities at the attractions of the "Kids Planet" park are coordinated by an instructor who has the right to limit the number of people and organize (control) the movement of visitors. The instructor has the authority to remove the violator, whose actions may threaten the life and health of others, including children, outside the attraction.
35. In each game area or attraction, visitors are required to familiarize themselves with the detailed rules and be instructed by the park instructor and follow his recommendations.
36. It is allowed to be on attractions only without shoes, without sharp and cutting objects that can injure others and/or damage the attraction. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring compliance with these conditions.
37. Visitors bear full responsibility in accordance with the legislation for damage caused to the attraction due to their fault or carelessness, for the health of the child, as well as damage caused to third parties.
38. To visit attractions, it is necessary to observe age and weight restrictions and restrictions on the number of people who can be on the attraction at the same time.
39. If a visitor violates the General Rules of the "Kids Planet" park, the administration has the right to insist that the visitor immediately leave the territory of the park without refunding the money for the entrance ticket.
40. It is FORBIDDEN to enter the territory of the park with animals.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
In order to avoid stomach problems in children, we ask parents or persons accompanying them to supervise and not allow children to do vigorous physical activity immediately after eating. Since children move a lot and sweat, please bring a change of clothes from home, namely: T-shirt, tights or pants.
"Kids Planet" AMUSEMENT PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES OF BEHAVIOR ON THE ATTRACTIONS. THE SAFETY OF THE CHILD AT EACH INDIVIDUAL ATTRACTION IS DETERMINED BY ITS PARENTS OR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS. BY PAYING FOR THE CHILD'S STAY IN THE PARK, THE PARENTS CONFIRM THAT THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE VISIT RULES AND ARE OBLIGATED TO FOLLOW THEM.
